These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by RRTC. RRTC reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

All of RRTC’s products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, RRTC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RRTC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, RRTC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge.

RRTC Web Site Privacy Statement

RRTC respects the privacy of its visitors to the RRTC web site. Any and all information collected while on the RRTC web site is used solely for the purposes as set forth in this privacy statement. RRTC's web server automatically recognizes only the visitor's domain name and IP address, and will only recognize additional information if that information has been provided to RRTC by the visitor. All personal information collected through the web site is provided on a voluntary basis by RRTC web site visitors through a visible means of data entry or collection.

Information about visitors collected through the StayWell email list sign-up will be stored in the general RRTC database. RRTC uses its database to send out periodic email messages (approx once every 7 – 10 days) intended to be inspiring, educational, and useful in your daily life - the purpose of the StayWell emails is to help you remember and practice using the information and tools offered by RRTC in your daily personal and professional life. RRTC also reserves the right to send out email messages regarding upcoming events, new additions to the RRTC Web site, or other products and services offered by RRTC. If you are a visitor of the RRTC web site and do not wish to be included in the database, please do not sign up for the StayWell email list. If you wish to be removed from the StayWell email list at any time, please send an email to robin@robinrose.com noting the email address to be removed and the request.

RRTC does not sell or otherwise distribute its database to other companies.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. RRTC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. RRTC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our finance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Sales Taxes

RRTC is based in Oregon, a state that currently does not charge sales tax. As such, we do not apply or collect sales tax on items sold. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against RRTC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the RRTC web site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Oregon.
